These terms reflect the store policies provided by the owner and should be completed before launch.

Products and imports

Products sold by Kicks2Bharat are imported from China. Product availability, product images, and listed information are shown on the product page.

Shipping and order timelines

Shipping is free to all PIN codes across India. For in-stock products, the AWB is expected within 7 days. For preorders, the AWB is expected within 25 days. These are timelines for receiving the AWB; they are not delivery-date guarantees.

Preorder timelines may occasionally be delayed due to local holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances related to import and shipping. Kicks2Bharat will share order progress and tracking details when available.

Payment

After an order request is received, Kicks2Bharat will contact the customer through Gmail and share a Razorpay payment link. The order’s payment status and cancellation will be updated by the store.

Coupons

Coupons apply to the total eligible cart value, not separately to each product. Each coupon’s value and expiry date are shown or communicated when it is offered. A coupon can be reused until its expiry date.

Damage and refund requests

Refunds are available only for products received damaged. To request a damage refund, the customer must contact Kicks2Bharat within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide a continuous box-opening video as evidence. Images alone are not sufficient evidence.

Refunds are not available for size issues. Please check the product’s EU size and the size chart before ordering.
